My multicultural journey across continents

Guangdong, China

Born and raised in Foshan, Guangdong Province - the heart of Cantonese culture where the language originated. My hometown is Meizhou, also in Guangdong. I am deeply connected to the rich cultural heritage of China, Cantonese culture, and the Hakka culture.

Shanghai, China

Spent one and a half year of high school in Shanghai, experiencing the eastern chinese culture and the modernity of Shanghai

London, UK

Pursued higher education at University College London (UCL), immersing myself in British academic culture and the historical, multicultural environment of one of the world's most famous cities.

International Education Across China

Guangdong Country Garden School

Year 1 - Year 5: Began my primary education with the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP), which provided a strong foundation in critical thinking and global perspectives.

Year 6 - Year 8: Completed my middle school education with the International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years Programme (MYP).

Year 9 - Year 10: To prepare for my A Level studies, I took the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) courses in the UK

St Bees School, Dongguan

1 Term: Started my A Level studies with one term of AS Level courses, in a school that has over 440 years of noble heritage as one of England's oldest schools - In the campus in Dongguan, Guangdong Province.

Shanghai Guanghua Qidi College

1.5 Years: Finally completed my A Level studies in Shanghai, preparing for university entrance.

Interests & Hobbies

Photography

I am interested in landscape, street, portrait photography, and film photography. I have experienced professional film photography in my friend's studio. I love capturing the world with my EOS R5, ZVE-10, and DJI Mavic 2.

Travel

I love to travel, I travel around the world every year, and I love to explore different cultures and places. I love to travel with my family and friends.

Music

I enjoy various genres of music and occasionally play instruments. I enjoy jazz, R&B, and pop music, I love to sing and play guitar, and I have two band experiences during my middle school.

Coffee

Coffee enthusiast exploring different brewing methods and flavors. I have obtained my CSP Barista Skills-Foundation certificate from the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) in London.

Cooking

I love to cook, I love to eat, I love to experiment with different cuisines and cooking techniques from east to west. No truffles please.

Sports & Fitness

I love to play soccer, badminton, karting, and swimming. I also love to play basketball and table tennis, but I am not very good at it.
